Of the experience of more than 30 years of the signature Nova Frigo in the projection and construction of installations and systems of industrial refrigeration and control of the temperature of process, is cream the installation of management and control entirely automatic of the temperature for the processes of vinificación (white, tinto, espumoso, etc), developed jointly with recognised producing vitivinícolas north of Italy.

The installation, entirely designed and produced by Nova Frigo and commercialised in Spain by C.T.Service (Centrotécnica), is contrived to optimise and control the temperature during all the phases that characterise the vinificación, from the fermentation until the diverse processes of treatment and the clarificación.

Thanks to new solutions and especially studied for this specific sector, the installation is able to satisfy the diverse exigencias that there is in the different processes of vinificación, already treat of production of white wines, and espumosos; as also of wines tintos.

The constructive concept applied for all the individual components of the installation, allows to obtain a system of high energetic efficiency, high flexibility and an optimum precision of the parameters controlled; guaranteeing the stability of the temperature and reducing in consequence the energetic consumption.

The system is totally modulate, easily expandable to measure that grow the productive needs. Developed for a modularidad total; it was intern; in the individual or external machine on the miscellaneous components of the installation like the picture of management and the groups of distribution that allow to combine modules and components to expand and increase the power of the installation in successive periods to the first installation.

The system of distribution is contrived of analogous form so much for the water refrigerada as for the hot water. It is formed by a tank of isolated storage térmicamente, that allows the accumulation of water, of a group of pumping properly dimensionado in base to the exigencias of the installation and of a series of motorised valves that, from a signpost of control, allow or interrupt the step of cold or hot water depending on the reading of temperature that realise the probes situated in different critical checkpoints of the process.

The installation of water tempered, works always in enclosed circuit. They exist different versions; all they expandable modularmente in the case of future extensions of the production and modifiable for different types of treatment.

It exists the option of only waters refrigerada; composed of a group refrigerador for the production of cold water, tank of storage and group of distribution, valve and probes that, grace to an electrical picture centralised, allow the step of water refrigerada to several cameras of vinificación. Also there is the option of water tempered (frio/heat); that in addition to the already mentioned components, incorporates a group atemperador specific for the production of hot water, tank of storage, valve and probes; all this controlled from a picture of control centralised.

The picture of management and control of the installation is a modular switchboard (expansible) that it can control (by each module) six cameras of vinificación for the installation of only cold or four cameras for the cold installation/heat. Thanks to this modularidad; they can interconnect several modules and like this manage upper quantities of cameras for both typologies of installation.
