Robot humanoide of double arm: especially designed to satisfy the demanding requirements of hygiene of the surroundings in laboratories
Yaskawa Presents the robot of double arm CSDA10F. This industrial robot has been especially designed to satisfy the demanding requirements of hygiene of the surroundings in laboratories. Initial installations in the field of the synthesis biomédica (development of medicines against the cancer) and the analytical chemicals (manufacturing of samples) have showed that this robot is able to work with practically all the equipment of available standard laboratory and with the instruments of conventional analyses that can find in the zones of manual work, as for example plates of Petri, manual pipettes, incubators, tubes Eppendorf, etc. With which no longer are necessary automatic instruments of analysis with skilled systems of manipulation of liquids and with consumables of high cost.
The robot is very adapted to carry out procedures of proofs standardised, but thanks to his flexibility can learn processes of work entirely new of fast and simple form. Therefore, the robot is an interesting solution for the development of new processes, for example, for the definition, validation and optimisation of phases, previous to the enlargement of the production automated.
The robot in himself does not require practically maintenance and is easy to operate. A lot of basic movements (movement of pipettes, opening/close of tubes Eppendorf, handle of plates of microtitulación, opening/close of the incubator, opening/close of cover of bottles) have been standardised and stored in shape of modules in a bookshop of functions of movement. The operator simply composes and establishes the parameters for the steps of the process, in function of the sequence of work wished and with the help of the software of programming of high level.
