The one piece range CoroReamer carbide reamers are the solution for applications that require excellent surface finish and tight tolerances. Thanks to the dedicated geometries and refrigerant inside, these reamers provide an excellent surface quality and high process safety.
CoroReamer 435 is a versatile reamer of high performance suitable for a wide range of different materials; While CoroReamer 835 is the appropriate solution for the machining of steel and stainless steel material, when excellent performance is required.
Reamers are available with helical for through-hole cutaways and straight relief for blind holes. Likewise, as a standard offer, the range of diameters available is 3.97-20 mm (0.156-0.787 inch) with a reachable hole IT7 tolerance.
These reamers complement CoroReamer 830 applications of greater diameters.
