CoroCut 3 is the complete solution for precision narrow slots and slots of ring (circlip). With CoroCut 3 you can save kilometers of material by reducing the width of the plate thanks to CoroCut 3.
• Precision up to smaller widths • plates of 3 cutting edges with a tolerance of exchange of plate slotted very narrow • maximum versatility: a portaplaquitas with handle for all plate widths range of toolholders • includes Coromant Capto and tool holder with handle in sizes from small to medium • geometries and grades for materials ISO P, M, K, and S • availability of wafers tailored to the plates can be exchanged directly in the machine by unscrewing them with 2 laps. If there is a break in the plate, the locking mechanism will not be affected; simply exchange the plate and put the machine back on track.
The front angled CoroCut 3 inserts are also available for operations of cutting without pins or burrs
