Pipe ultrasonic welding system: it does not require storing energy, the team is always ready to weld
Ultraseal 20 is a compact, lightweight and ergonomic, easy to use and low cost of operations. 4 Mm capillary tubes and pipes up to 12 mm in diameter can be sealed with it.
It can be operated directly on the production line, supported by a balancer, or as a unit of Bank for welding pipes pressurized easily.
The Ultraseal 20 is respectful with the environment since it does not require storing energy, the team is always ready to weld. Modes of operation: • search for the pre-altura: a pre-sonica measure of the union of instantly tighten scans and activates the optimum welding parameters from the controller memory to seal the tube. • Proximity sensor: the ultrasonic generator offers a vibration of high frequency energy for sealing tube, to the height of sealed box. This function is required when the tube size and toughness do not vary, to produce a continuous and reliable sealing.
• Ultraseal 20EX explosion-proof: certified by an independent laboratory for use with refrigerant Isobutane. A safe cleaning system removes eventually issued before the electric start gas actuator.
