The numerical control CNC-i of Tauring, company commercialised by Machinery Curvaser, S.L., it has of system computerizado with interpolation.
The system uses a computer industrial PC of last generation for the management and memorisation of the programs, for the management of the axles and of the entrances/gone out. Besides, it is able to manage all the axles of the machine contemporáneamente and is expandable for comandar until 16 and more axles.
The system of interpolation adapts automatically, and without the intervention of the operario, to the speed of each individual axis to way to obtain easily the form wished with the links established before by the operario.
The programming effects of fast way and what is drawn directly on the machine corresponds exactly to what seems on the panoramic of simulation and to what achieves really of the machine. It effects of this instantaneous form the programming of geometrical forms variables of chassis anti and postcristal, rigorously joined up between them.
It incorporates a program antideslizamiento that controls each advance of the bar to curvar and a program CAD-CAM allows to design directly to video the form that wants to obtain .
Like technical data the CNC-i has of an industrial computer with microprocessor and high resistance, extensive keyboard, screen to colour, memory RAM 128 MB, hard disk of 30 GB, card network ethernet PCI 10/100 MB/SEC, two ports of series and a parallel port.
