The Ultrasonic 10 DMG is an extremely compact design. A space of only 800 mm x 1,800 mm (width x height) will simply with travels of 120 x 120 x 200 mm this machine of high technology with only 2 square metres.
The machine also offers machining characteristics that led to its predecessors of larger world success, such as the integration of the rotary table swingarm (4th / 5th axis) of high technology for machining simultaneously in 5-axis as well as the possibility of adaptation of the HSK system for machining alternatively and according to your needs by ultrasound or high speed. Thanks to the high frequency HSK 25 spindle cooling by water and at the maximum speed of 42,000 rpm (optional > 60,000 rpm) the 10 Ultrasonic can machine a wide range of materials, including advanced, hard and soft materials (hard metal, ceramic, glass, corundum, etc.).
