Inserts for turning: for grey, spheroidal and vermicular graphite cast
Applications:-are used for grey cast iron (EN-GJL), spheroidal graphite (in-GJS) and vermicular cast iron (in-GJV).
-WKK10S is ideal for soft or hard machining of hardened steels (40-61 HRC).
-WKK20S increases the duration for the start-up of chip in steel with high resistance (1000-1400 N/mm²).
WKK10S (ISO K10) characteristics:-resistance to wear by erosion and cutting speed maximum.
-Continuous cutting to light cutting discontinuities.
-First choice for dry machining.
WKK20S (ISO K20) features:-universal grade that covers approximately 50% of all cases of application.
-Process safety in workpieces with interrupted cuts, crust of cast or cross holes.
-Optimal for dry and wet machining.
