Hydraulics cutting cutting shears of demolición: with two mobile arms and two cylinders
The model CC 6000 keeps the design of all the line of product of the hydraulics cutting cutting shears of demolición of Atlas Copco. The system with two mobile arms and two cylinders has preserved : it offers a strength of constant cutting along all the cycle of closing. And the combination between simple and double arm allows a high stability also, under extreme solicitaciones. For the CC 6000 also are to disposal so much the universal arms (Version Or) like the ones of cut of steel (Version S).
The arms of the cutting cutting shears are stable and are subject by means of a bulón central. The times of setting for the change of the same has reduced 75% in comparison with which have of cojinetes separate. Both arms can be mounted and disassembled like an only unit, afterwards CAPS, the system of attachment and positioning allows to join both after the desmontaje.
The change of the arms in the work is possible. The cost of the time and of the transport to the workshop belong to the past. The practical concept of pieces of wear saves time: teeth of demolición and blades of cut can easily be substituted in the work, as well as exchanged.
