Helicoidal drill: drilling stainless steel with external coolant supply
It has developed a completely new type of helical drill HSS-E: "inox VA". Compared with other conventional HSS-E tools the INOX VA is four times more productive, so allows much more economic production procedures. The INOX VA has been designed for drilling stainless with external coolant supply, so that it can be used on machines that have no internal coolant supply. Thanks to its special design, the VA stainless steel is also well-suited for other soft ductile material.
The product advantages: very long-lasting cutting edges, coating Tinal Futura Top, which increases the resistance to wear, the formation of chip is particularly good in the machining of materials.
Areas of application: stainless steel austenitic, alloys of soft aluminum, mild steel for construction in general and copper alloys.
