Matt is a skilled Italian company in the construction of eccentric mechanical presseses, and distributed in Spain by Carboneras International. These eccentric presses have structure of neck of swan or with double total. Between the standard models with the structure of neck of swan that Matt manufactures, stand out the models of 45, 63, 100, 125, 160, 200 and 250 t of capacity; whereas in structure of double total with a biela, can stand out the models of 80, 125,160, 200, 250 and 350 t of capacity.

In Maquitec 2007 will be exposed and in operation the models JL21 - 160 (eccentric presses with structure of neck of swan, of 160 t of capacity) and JL 125 DM1 (eccentric presses with structure of double total, of 125 t of capacity).

The structure of the presses is of the type monobloc in sheet of steel electrosoldada and stabilised, with a previous graphic simulation that serves to foresee the conditions of work but desfavorables.

The accionamiento of the presses is of double reduction, with toothed helicoidal width.

All the group of reduction works in cárter enclosed bathed in oil. The piñón and the wheel are of steel to the carbon with the cut of helicoidal teeth and tempered by induction.

The crankshaft is of steel aleado to the chromium nickel molybdenum (F-127) bonificado, of big tenacity and resistance. It works on cojinetes of rollers, whereas in his intermediate support works on supports of bronze highly dimensionados.

The sliding is built with special smelting of steel. It is instrumented with 8 long guides of slide regulables that are always in contact with all the values of career. This is very important to guarantee a perfect parallelism between the table and the sliding even in the conditions more desfavorables. The guides of slide are of bronze.

The sliding regulation is motorised electrically, obtained with a system of husillo endless, helicoidal wheel accionada by a reductor with engine autofrenante that acts on the system of articulation of the biela. The reading of positioning is to the tenth of millimetre (0,1 mm) indicated in the corresponding finder, with final of electrical career in the extremes of the regulation.

The weight of the sliding, of the biela, the mobile part of the troquel and all the gifted parts of alternating movement are balanced by pneumatics cylinders. The possibility to regulate the pressesure of the air allows to balance all the weights in movement reducing like this to the minimum the consumption of the organs of transmission.

The brake embrague monodisco, of execution in only and compact body, is of accionamiento pneumatics. The presses is instrumented with an electroválvula of hygiene of double body, with flow crossed, that allows the immediate unemployment of the sliding in case of failure in one of the two bodies electroneumáticos.

Regarding the pneumatics installation, the presses are instrumented with two pressesure vessels, one for the line that feeds the group embrague-brake and the second to guarantee the compensation of the air compressesed of the cylinders compensators. A presostato guarantees the unemployment of the machine in the case that produce a fall of pressesure of the line.

The electrical picture is fixed in the right total of the presses, with 4 antivibrantes that guarantee his fixation. All the electrical components that instrument the machine are at first marks (Telemecanique, Siemens, ABB) and are installed so that they fulfil the normative CE valid. The management of the lubrificación is managed by a head office with bomb, filters, pressesure gauges and diverse components. The system of lubrificación is with recirculation, (with recovery of oil to 100%). The system controls the minimum level of lubricante, the obturación of the dosificadores and the pressesure of the installation. In the case of fault of oil, the presses for automatically.

All This system is based in the application of a hydraulics cylinder that interposes a layer of oil in pressesure between the foot of the biela and the sliding. When it detects an excessive load the oil is expelled immediately of the camera of the cylinder and the pistón is able to visit a career in empty of 20 mm (or different value in case that necessary). When surpassing in 10% the nominal value of effort, selected previously, the machine stops in the upper deadlock. With the presence of the layer of oil that has acted like fuse, have protected the troquel and the mechanism of the presses.

All the presses are instrumented with the system of change of semi-automatic career that effects from the botonera of control, with desenclavamiento pneumatics. The operation of the change of career realises in some seconds and besides without realising any manual operation of unblock.

All the models are prepared for the installation of a pneumatics cushion, with the calculations and the mechanisations of subjection and accommodation realised.

It exists the possibility to instrument the presses with a system of ralentización of the sliding, that allows us ralentizar the approximation to the P.M.I. But keeping constant the nominal strength. This system offers us the following advantages: action of constant cutting; important reduction of the strength of necessary cutting; reduction of the impact that suffer the troquel and the cinematismo of the presses; reduction of the audible broadcast; subdivision of the strength: torsion on the eccentric and flexión on the upper supports; increase of the production.
