The system Oktomat is totally automated, and has designed for the casting of Octavines and Big Bags of automatic form, simple and effective; without need of reposicionar manually launches it of aspiration; achieving a total casting, without danger of suction of the internal film of the Octavín or of the stock exchange of BigBag, being useful so much for the material in granule like the triturado or dust.
The system Oktomat allows to win time in the management of the materials, forget of problems of operation and supply, reduces the need of personnel devoted to this work and occupies little physical space.
To the vaciar Octavines and BigBags by means of the conventional suction by means of launches of aspiration, the transmission of granulate remains many times interrupted when hitting launches it at the end of the container or aspire the internal film; causing interruptions in the supply and failures. It requires the continuous intervention of personnel, no only for reposicionar constantly launches it of suction to measure that the container goes vaciando; but to watch and avoid it or correct the problem that no succione material; besides, when finishing the material, has to redirect manually launches it to take advantage of to the maximum the material contained in the container.
The system Oktomat works of form totally automatic and without risks of failure. It is provisto of a cabezal of suction of stainless steel with a device of vibration integrated . This descompacta the material and produces a flow that facilitates his aspiration. At the same time, an automatic device of elevation, throws of the internal film of the Octavín or of the stock exchange in himself of the BigBag, in compensation of the loss of weight when going being casting; allowing centre increasingly the point of aspiration and take advantage of to the maximum the content.
The system Oktomat possesses a structure of steel esmaltada, with height and width regulables, and so much the ring of subjection of stock exchange of the Octavín or BigBag, like the cabezal of aspiration, are of stainless steel.
