Tecnospiro at the EMO 2007

This new machine, Roscamat-66, has a capacity of screw of M2 to M27 (M33 in aluminum) and used the same "modular system" which so far have used the predecessor machines. The modular system consists of a group of 5 planetary reducers of easy coupling to the motor that allow to adapt the speed and torque of threaded according to the metric in which it is working, optimizing the performance of the machine and tool.

The variable frequency drive added to the machine transforms the single-phase input current (220 V) in three-phase to feed the engine with a frequency adjustable from 20 to 200 Hz.

Among the advantages of this new machine with a difference to other models in the market: more power, high reliability, resistance to changes in current, low consumption, low noise, no maintenance, easy installation, structure monobrazo granting greater robustness to the machine when compared with most machines of the market.

These new versions of machines Roscamat represent another new technological breakthrough and challenging in the world of the Threading. Its revolutionary design based on the radial Union between the parallel and the swing arm, can increase the workspace of the machine.

All these improvements have been made without losing or an Apex in the agility, versatility and simplicity of operation, common features of all its range of machines, obtaining thereby giving full and effective response to the needs of its customers.

The main features include its ability to screw: M2-M27 (M33), its modular system: 5 different speeds, a range of speed: 900-75 rpm, maximum torque: 185 Nm, an accionamento mixer with two positions, and an optional adjustable C63 head.

It is equipped with an electronic variable speed (invest), a right rotational speed control /izquierda and lubrication of the tool with timer.
