Fresmak at the EMO 2007

Fresmak is one of the few Spanish firms which has not never lacked this event biannual, Hanover, both in Milan, as in Paris. From the previous contest so far has been a constant in Fresmak completed to the highest level, a list containing all possible solutions to the mooring of pieces in the world of machining swarf removal. Fresmak presents a new catalogue - Guide "mooring solutions", a compendium of "mooring solutions" that can ensure that only the presence for so many years in the top of the sector.

Within the range of automatic gripper Fresmak presents three new models:

-The gag Arnold automat is a new and revolutionary version of the óleo-dinámicas modazas that exist in the market. Most of the more advanced machining centers in the market, offering well in their standard models or as an option, the possibility of incorporating a hydraulic system for mooring of pieces, by way of equipment in the machine. To take advantage of this possibility Fresmak presented at this fair a muzzle called Arnold automat which allows to get 4,5 t of mooring just have oil pressure 70 Bar. This gag manages these forces of mooring and also has an auto tour of 4 m/m of forward and backward to facilitate the exchange of piece. Such is the progress that presents this gag, Fresmak has decided to patent this model at European level.

-The gag IZ1, works through hydropower. It has a small size, get a mooring force and has an automatic route of about 15 m/m. Does not have any similar with what Fresmak until now has been released, because it is designed for the work of long series of pieces of small size. This standard gag can work with mouths machined according to the geometry of the parts, which makes it a more economical on the market tools. It feeds by hydraulic oil at a pressure of up to 250 Bar, obtaining a force of mooring of up to 2 t.

IZ 1.

-The gag IZ2 is a variant of the so-called IZ1, what the difference of the previous one is that it is a cheaper model for simpler solutions of moorings of pieces without major complications. It is a model of gag automatic, with a great versatility and completely watertight to chips and coolant liquids. It has an automatic travel of 35 m/m and offers a force of amare of up to 2 t oil pressure 250 bar. This gag is presented individually or in a set of several of them in the form of homogeneous bloc, without any type of hose. This means that for example a set of four moorings of this type do not reach the 20 kg and they can be placed on machine without cranes. This makes them very versatile, to work in the machining of small centers.

Machine tools has been entered as a typhoon 5-axis machine controller. It is what has been called "5-axis machine". In this section there are a myriad of sizes and shapes of tables. There is a group of computers where it is the Bureau which performs the majority of the movements, while the single head has an axis or two of posting.

IZ 2.

In this model of 5-axis machine, it is crucial to be very careful in the programming of the movements of the axes and the tool, because the danger of collision is very large. To work in this field Fresmak presents a jaw self-centring Arnold SC, mechanical tie without high pressure in this EMO. Size small parts machining in this type of machines whose tables reach it 500 m/m, do not need high pressure, but a great precision in the autocentramiento. Thus, it is a gag of contained size, but precision. It occurs in two models of 90 and 125 m/m of width of mouths.
