New line CUT 20 EDM machines
The new wire EDM machines offers a high level of accuracy and surface finish where production costs are often more critical than accuracy.
They are aimed at a wide variety of applications, from the production of mechanical parts and electrodes to a wide range of stamping dies.
The CUT 20 model has a quality in all axes, excellent ergonomics, equipment and an area of extremely accessible and well-designed console. Developed with proven technology, CUT 20 offers a return of confidence, flexibility, simplicity of programming, ease of preparation of the work and an attractive design, and all at an attractive price.
Another key advantage of the 20 CUT is his intuitive HMI (human machine interface) and its wide range of software functionality, allowing the rapid preparation of the work. Thanks to its ease of use, CUT 20 allows for a faster transition from installation to total productivity.
"This machine is very important to us." It is a workhorse for those who cannot afford a machine by penetration. "Also you can rent according to the volume of work", added Jean Pierre Wilmes, Executive Vice President of southern Europe and Americas.
It is characterized by a high speed with a number of minimum cuts, by good surface finishes. It is an ideal machine if you want performance and minimal production costs.
FORM 20/30
The new line of penetration EDM machines is characterized by its effectiveness in the production, confidence, and its ease of use.
The new development, with bench in C, is ideal for a standard workshop environment and well tolerated temperature fluctuations, which may affect the accuracy of the machine. The mechanical structure of the Form 20/30 continuously measures and corrects the position of the axes, ensuring that all components are at the required level of accuracy.
In addition, the Form 20/30 line offers a wide area of work for the production of multiple parts.
With the 20/30 Form there are no surprises, in fact the predictable results are one of the features of this new range of machines for wire EDM, designed to offer a solution for a wide variety of tasks from the production of toys and appliances to automotive parts.
"With a low price, this machine can increase the power of machining and its ease of use." They are very competitive machines even in the face Asian competition. It is a very interesting machine for European countries of the South such as Spain, France, Italy…. ", add Wilmes."
FORM 2000 / 30000
The new Form 2000/3000 range leads to the EDM to new standards of accuracy and performance. Developed to meet the demand for manufacturers of parts from the microelectronics and components sophisticated telecommunications connectors and multi cavities that require extreme accuracy.
The designers of the machine especially took into account the needs of its customers. Form 2000/3000 allow users to produce geometric shapes perfectly formed and high precision, with a high degree of surface finish.
It's the highest range of penetration which enjoys a high level of automation. In this case the integration is given since the beginning of the automation, allowing to increase the productivity.
Allows global accuracy in all the Bureau's work, it is ideal for Microtechnology, for example, the medical sector.
The exclusivity of this machine is both its modularity and the integration of automation.
3 Fully automated axes Mikron machining centres
In the EMO we see compact machining centres of 3 fully automated axes in the field of the HPM with tool change times less than two seconds and optionally with pallet changer. HPM 600, HPM 900 and HPM 1200 models are also characterized by its robustness, are ideal for high-performance machining.
Modularity and the multitude of options for the new HPM series, from the basic version to the fully automated solution, are characteristics of this new series. The client has the postunidad of several options for palletizing and stores for 30, 60 up to 220 tools with a time of less than 2 seconds tool change.
The new HPM series is designed, due to its modular construction, to a large number of applications from prototyping, to the manufacture of moulds and tools, to the fully automated production, due to the large number of options and compatibility. There are different alternatives of automation available Mikron, to the Assembly robot for consolidated manufacturers from the "in house" store of the established solution. All the machine components are logically synchronized between them.
Mikron XSM 400 and Mikron XSM 400U
Based on the current concept HSM/XSM, GF AgieCharmilles engineers have designed two models by integrating the best aspects of the high speed of 3, 4 and 5 axis machining.
In fact, the know-how and the experience of the Swiss manufacturer can be seen in these high speed vertical machining centers designed for the manufacture of moulds and tools as well as for the machining of small and medium-sized series with a high added value.
The new XSM integrates, in a modular way and area compact, automation tool and pallet units and control units of chip and fluid, at the same time that maintain an accessibility and visibility unique to machining processes.
New 5-axis machining centers, Mikron HPM 600U and Mikron HPM 800U
The new 5-axis machining centres, Mikron HPM 600U and Mikron HPM 800U. Most striking of these machining centers is the specific basic concept with powerful engines in the X axis, and and Z and direct engines in the circular and rotary axes. This provides the basis for a particularly dynamic and economic machining and allows us to optimize loading and downloading tools (pallet changer) and tooling change of 30, 60 even 210 tools with tool change time better to 3 seconds.
The concept of Mikron integrates various levels of development from manual loading to a warehouse of fully automated pallet, including handling of large amounts of relevant tools. None of these levels of development restricting operator access to the workspace. HPM 600U and HPM 800U machining centres are machining centers specially designed for the manufacture of modern tools and moulds.
