Liability insurance for potential damages is required. · · The work must be completed NO LATER THAN October 4, 2024. · From October 5, 2024, a penalty of €500 per day will be charged. · From October 12, 2024, ownership rights to the remaining goods will be forfeited, the deposit will be fully retained, and the costs of disposing of the remaining items will be charged. · · The lot consists of all residual goods in the assigned area, except for those marked with a purple box in the PDF file. Dismantling and loading must be done with your own equipment; diesel vehicles are prohibited inside, and only electric vehicles are allowed. Dismantling and loading involve: · · 1. Complete removal of every component part of the lot as represented in the auction. · 2. Removal of every object, part, component, accessory, belonging to the lot as represented. After the removal of goods, pits must be secured with rigid barriers of at least 1 meter in height, fixed to the ground with anchors. · 6.
