Network of Technical Supplies, S.A. together with companies of his group has developed the magnetic technology and presents his new range of magnetic dishes electropermanentes so much for operations of rectified as of milling, turning, taladrado, etc., being the only national manufacturer of magnetic dishes with this technology.

Magnetic electropermanente system is characterized because electricity is used only during the processes of magnetization and desimantación so the pieces continue moored although it will stop supplying electricity. Its main features are: his security to not rely on the constant supply of electricity; they do not generate heat while working, allowing to carry out work of high precision. In addition are characterized by its robust, some pressures from work uniforms and suitable for any machining operation constants. It offers the possibility of machining the five available faces of the piece and reduced stop times for the mooring of the pieces.

Recent advances in magnetic materials as "Neodymium" (5 times more powerful than conventional ferrite magnets) and the Poles square geometry gives them a formidable force.

The dishes are controlled for the magnetization and the degaussing a unit designed with components more advanced and secure electronics current, guaranteeing at all times a zero residual flow.

The control units can be operated, either via the controls located on the front panel of the same, either through a digital keypad.

These dishes are manufactured in two versions: SD 50, with a density standard square magnetic poles 50 x 50 mm to work with good size and normal iron to 50 AD, with a high density of square magnetic poles 50 x 50 mmsuitable for difficult pieces and specially adapted to work with polar expansions.

In cases that do not want to work by placing the piece directly on the magnet are supplied some extenders of poles which can be fixed or mobile (that adhere to the surface of the piece) allowing interns drills without damaging the surface of the plate.

It also introduces a new range of 5 models of magnetic elevators of command manual with an attractive design and a great power of elevation from 300 Kg, up to a maximum of 2,000 Kg.

A single person is sufficient to use the lift safely. Ensures a coefficient of operational safety of 3 to 1 between the proven strength and the recommended maximum load
