The new generation of water-jet cutting machines stands out for its great robustness, reliability, and ease of use. With this machine, different forms, in different materials (metals, stones, glass…) and different thicknesses can be cut (up to 200 mm).
Thanks to its high pressure Powerjet pump, water mixed with the abrasive reaches 4,000 bar pressure and a speed of three times that of the sound, able to cut with an accuracy of 0.1 mm, without the need for subsequent finishing.
It has the specific Powercam software for cutting by water, easy to program and which do not require previous knowledge or special training.
To maximize the production it is possible to equip the machine with optional devices: second head of cutting and automatic system of collection of the abrasive from the tank, thus keeps the water tank clean, saving the time associated with the extraction of the used abrasive.
Work table dimensions available are from 2,000 x 1,000 mm to 3000 X 6000 mm and pumps may have a power of 18.5-30-37-55-75 kW.
