The machines are divided into the following models: Semi-automáticos, with auto-aprendimiento, to CNC with CAD-CAM and centres of turning.

Semi-automatic models represent the intermediate evolution between manual lathe and the lathe to CNC. These machines are equipped with great versatility, ease of use and low cost. They offer the operator the possibility of turning parts of any geometry, effortlessly simple and intuitive way using a sensitive joystick which allows the operator to "feel" the sheet. With this machine it is possible to perform automatic, conical or spherical pieces, rebordonados and trimmed.

Autoaprendimiento machines are equipped with an innovative system called mechanical-electronic "Easy Spinning" with the same functionality of the semi automatic lathes allows the operator to perform the piece directly in any mold and any form without the need of copying the mold previously or have knowledge of programming. The program will be written in the CNC simultaneously to the execution of the piece and may be transferred to another machine or PC and be also graphically modified in each path.

To with CAD-CAM CNC Lathes are manufactured in different models and configurations and are suitable for batch production of medium / high. The programming is done directly in the panel of the CNC or PC remote, using a CAD CAM integrated with our interactive "Easy Spinning" software that helps the operator in the programming of the trajectory in response to a simple requirement.

The peculiarity of this machine is the high speed and extreme precision.

As for the centres of turning, they integrate the benefits of all the other machines manufactured by Nova Sidera, are constructed with 2, 4 and 6 controlled axes. All models are equipped with cargo / automatic download.

These machines are ideal for finishing of complex parts in a single location.

The circular cutters are machines designed for discs with circular blade cutting. Several models cut thickness from 0.2 mm to 10 mm. and drive up to 5 meters in diameter.

All machines are hydraulic drive. These machines are also suitable with the help of corresponding accessories to carry out the central punching of the disk and the rebordonado.

The electronic ballasts to roller mod. 1000/0-80 B2 are made with Brushless motor. The transmission is powered through a reducer to small game that allows to obtain ± 0.1 mm. precision in the rate of scheduled progress.
