Threads of cylindrical rollers: for aerospace applications

Picture of Threads of cylindrical rollers
All the configurations of threads of cylindrical rollers (except RAA) offer control of precision of the rollers for his operation in diverse speeds with a ring with eyelashes of guide with double flange and rectified fine. It treats of threads of rollers used in main axles of motors of turbines, transmissions and reductores with heavy radial loads.

Rank of size: of 22 mm to 300 mm of external diameter (offer special designs of until 600 mm).

Attributes of the design:

The configurations RF and RJ have been designed for applications that require control of axial position or capacities of axial movement limited in a steering.

For those applications with loads and speeds higher: the configuration RJ is designed to facilitate the lubrication of the track of internal rolling with a sprinkler of oil.

The types RU and RN are configurations totally floating that allow an axial movement limited during the operation. The type RN is less liable to the slide with loads lighter or variables to high speeds. The type RU is easier to lubricate with loads heavier.

The types of rolling RUS and RNH use in integral designs where the rollers displace directly in an axis or temperate rectified accommodation. The characteristics of performance are similar to the types RU and RN.

The configuration RAA has inner rings and outsides with an only flange and exerts a good operation in low speeds or oscillating conditions. It has eyelashes of high guide to admit some degree of axial movement in a steering.

Applications: main axles of motors of turbines, transmissions and reductores.
