Sensors anticolisión: it places in the doll of the robot or manipulador
The sensor anticolisión is a pneumatics device which places in the doll of the robot or manipulador and has like aim minimise the most possible the damage to the harp or useful with which was working .
The way to work of the sensor is the following: the sensor anticolisión is fed with pneumatics pressesure (0 - 6 bar), to which corresponds him a moment (N-m). The sensor has to be fed neumáticamente of continuous form keeping rigid during the period of work. When it exists a collision and the effort is greater to the designated by means of the pneumatics pressesure, the camera of air despresuriza, the switch detects the despresurización of the camera, giving a signal of stop of emergency.
The sensor anticolisión can implement in all type of robots and manipulators being ideal for applications like welding (arch, points, laser), manipulation, paletizado, cutting, ....
