Seams of metal welding system: for seam welding of aluminum and copper sheets
The 20 Ultraseam is a system of welding seams of metal ideal for seam welding of sheets of aluminum and copper at speeds of up to 22 meters per minute. The use of ultrasound implies low costs of service and more than one million meters of welding tools useful unavida.
Ultraseam 20 full system consists of two modules: the power control system and the soldering head.The soldering head is extremely stable and resistant and has high tapered roller bearings of CC engine prestaciones.l. The amplitude can be adjusted electronically, allowing welding a wide range of materials of different thickness and different operating speeds.
The soldering head is extremely stable and resistant and has high performance conical roller bearings. A DC motor provides a bidirectional variable speed control. A pneumatic cylinder and a pressure regulator allows easy adjustment of welding strength.
System properties: • a real weld provides excellent heat transfer.
• Fully mechanical process - there is no electric current through the workpiece.
