Resistant threads to the wear: for wind applications

Picture of Resistant threads to the wear
The resistant threads to the wear for wind applications are designed to reduce the problems of wear that limit the useful life, including the micropicaduras in the threads of spherical rollers of the main axis and the micropicaduras, the accumulation of dirt and the desquamation of the threads of the box of gears of the wind turbines. The resistant threads to the wear also provide an useful life 3,5 upper times for the threads of boxes of gears and of main axis.

Attributes of design:

The materials of the threads and the revestimiento resistant to the wear developed in situ contribute to finish with the mechanisms of wear of the adhesive that cause the accumulation of dirt, the micropicaduras and the erosion.

The revestimiento only creates barriers for the wear of the adhesive during the brief periods of fault of lubricante

The especially designed rollers delete the shoulders around the craters of waste in the tracks of rolling and reduce the aspereza of the tracks of rolling

The rollers pulen the tracks of rolling of the ring, what reduces the value Ra (finishing of the surface), increases the value (lambda), reduces the pair of the roller and increases the efficiency.

Applications: threads for the boxes of gears and the main axles of the wind turbines.
