Profile kempchen: easy setting
For an effective estanqueidad between the carcasa and the bafles longitudinal of the exchangers of heat, Kempchen has developed and patented the Profile T4 or Profile Kempchen. It treats of some metallic plates especially built in shape of "Or", that adapt of natural form (autoestan-ca) to the carcasa of the exchanger.
The Profile T4 is especially efficient when it exists a scarce thermal sensors differential between the temperatures to both sides of the bafle. In this case, a small loss of estanqueidad between the carcasa and the bafle can cause an important loss of performance of the exchanger, fact that warns with the installation of the Profile T4.
Generally, the material is used to to be AISI-316 You (1.4571). To place and install this element in the exchanger, do not need neither screws, neither orifices, neither additional mechanical fixation, what constitutes an important saving of time.
