The quality GC4205 offers some excellent results in operations of averages to desbaste in stable conditions. It is able in addition to bearing temperatures of high cutting and offers important advantages regarding performance that surpass the ones of applications previously used.
GC4205 form splits of the range of qualities for turning of steel, together with GC4215, GC4225 and GC4235. It treats of qualities optimised that suppose a safe election and cover to the maximum the area of the turning of steel.
Where the other qualities reach his limits of performance, GC4205 is able to bear extreme temperatures, speeds of start of high shaving and time of prolonged cut.
It treats of the first election to reach a speed of start of high shaving in stable conditions, operations from averages to desbaste and is appropriate for applications in which they generate high temperatures.
It offers a hygiene that allows to increase the data of cut in operations of mechanised so much with, as without refrigerante. It is for applications P01-P10.
