The TwinKRPX solution, formed by two planetary gearboxes, eliminates the game on your system using electric preload and facilitates the integration and the mount design on both sides of the moving structure of the machine. The unique design of housing of cast iron and spheroidal graphite cast iron, whose structure has been calculated by FEM, is designed to provide an ultra-rigid connection to the machine structure. In some cases, this solution avoids the need for design, machined and integrate a piece of intermediate fixation of the reducer to the machine structure, which sometimes weakens the rigidity of the drive, and in others lighten design of truck he needed an extension on both sides of the bed of the machine to install each reducer.
