Slide retainer: a frictional and positive-locking connection
Mould builders are frequently confronted with the problem of securing slide positions with the mould open. Especially with heavy and vertically moving slides, secure fixing in the final position must be guaranteed.
The Hasco slide retainer Z1895/… and the slide retainer catch Z1896/… offer an optimum solution. Through their frictional and positive-locking connection, slide positions can be reliably secured via a positive connection. With correct mounting, there are no signs of wear or tear even after thousands of strokes.
The DLC-coated functional elements guarantee holding forces of 3,4 to 9,2 kg depending on the size, plus optimum corrosion protection and lubricant-free production at service temperatures of up to 180 °C. The compact design and catch construction allow optimum use with minimal build volumes. The slide retainer can be easily replaced on the machine.
