The nitruración Nitreg of Group TTT is a nitruración gaseous of last generation whose success resides in the control of the potential of nitruración, what allows to obtain layers to the letter.
The variant Nitreg-ONC consists in a nitrocarburación with oxidation whereas Nitreg-S is a specific process for nitrurar fast steel.
In function of the application, the different layers that can obtain will allow to improve the resistance to the wear, the resistance to the corrosion, the thermal sensors fatigue, the coefficient of friction, etc. Can realise in components of automotive sector, bielas, guides, moulds of injection, images of forge, comb of roscar, etc.
Besides the fields of application are very wide: metallurgical industry, automotive sector, aeronautical sector component manufacturing sector component manufacturing, hydraulics, machine tool, etc.
