Magnetic pumps: with capacity of operation in empty
The pumps of drag magnetic of the Series MDM of Iwaki incorporate a system of no contact of exclusive design that allows the operation in empty.
The high magnetic power of the magnets of rare earth prevents that the magnetic capsule go in in contact with the ring of push of the carcasa back, avoiding so the components of fluororesina deform because of the generation of heat. This system improves notably the resistance during the operation in empty in comparison with the conventional magnetic pumps of fluororesina.
These pumps have a maximum capacity of download of 1,4 m3/min. The maximum height that reaches is of 53 m. The main materials are CFRETFE and PFA. The rank of temperature of the liquid oscillates between 0 and 105 °C in the case of CFRETFE, and of 0 to 120 °C in the case of PFA.
