Equipment separadores of purín: with capacities from 30m3/h until 80m3/h
In the cases of separation of purín very liquid (less than 8% of dry matter) as it is the one of the pork, or beef of cleaning by water, is important can do a first desbaste. With this achieves have two types of liquid; one the one who goes out of the ramp, that is by gravity, and another the one who goes out of the separador ,that is by pressesure, with characteristic different chemists. They obtain , also, two different solids having the option to choose one or another in function of the application.
At the same time, the ramp regulates the discharge that goes in to the separador, obtaining a product homogéneo and increasing the performance of the separador.
Another fundamental point for the ramp is the electrical consumption, in function of the team can multiply until four times the performance of the separador with a small increase of the energetic cost.
