Eliminador Of superficial oils: it avoids the degrade of the emulsions refrigerantes
The eliminador of superficial oils Skim of Losma, thanks to his special form, to the materials used and to his simplicity of installation and use, adapts to be used in any type of tub or tank.
Skim Is available in two versions: with disk (Skim D) or with the nastro (Skim N). This last version adapts where in small spaces and in the cases of high excursions of the level of the liquid.
The emulsions used in the mechanical manufacturings and the liquids used in the washing machinees accumulate in the surface light products, that do not mix with the water. This veil, that can also reach considerable dimensions, from 0,1 until 2 mm, creates a barrier and prevents that the air go in in contact with the emulsion. This favours the learning of floras bactéricas of anaerobic type, that are the main artífices of the degrade and of the putrefacción of the emulsions. Therefore it is indispensable to remove of the surface of the liquids this veil of oil and of contaminantes superficial that induce the degrade.
The disk of Skim, submerged in the liquid and turning, drags to the outside the contaminantes that adhere him . During his rotation, the disk finds two scrapers with an edge of rubber that remove of the disk all what adheres him and with suitable canaletas drive it to the outside.
Can instrument the Skim with an electrical board of control and control with the possibility
to adjust cycles of operation to time.
