Electric accumulators: flexible bladder
They are rechargeable batteries with a flexible bladder which acts as a separator between the reserve of gas and liquid service.
Bladder Hydac accumulators consist of a welded or forged pressure vessel, the bladder and the faucet to connect the gas and the liquid.
In addition to the standard form also available special forms to meet specific cases, in particular decision speeds (e.g. up to 100 l/s) and pressures (e.g. up to 1,000 bar) very high.
Special features: • nominal volume: 0.5... 450 l • permissible operating pressure: up to 1000 bar • standard elastomers: NBR, IIR, FKM (FPM), • the accumulator body materials: C, stainless steel, aluminium bladder accumulators Hydac are distinguished by the following advantages: • high outlet velocities • no pressure difference between the liquid side and gas • compact, low maintenance • high frequency of loading and unloading
