PDP Is a new concept in Engineering of Accionamiento. It treats of an economic solution for applications piñón-zip of high precision.

PDP Is the first range of “Double Piñón with Precarga” for applications of piñón-zip of high precision. PDP Is formed by 2 piñones WMH connected by means of a system of precarga, patented, to reduce enormously the game of mesh between piñón and zip. It includes teeth of gear that intercalan with precision between himself when it realises the attachment.

PDP, mounted on the brida of exit of SRP, the cabezal of gear of high technology of Redex Andantex, stands out by his level of provision:

- Precision and repetibilidad of less than 0,1 mm

- Rigidity torsional and levels extremely heights of radial rigidity and for the moment of inclination. The real difference finds in something that in fact is much more important for the user: the rigidity combined. Taking like base this criterion, the subset of SRP + PDP is between 10% and 20% upper to the available equivalent units in the market.

- A high speed of entrance (until 1200 rpm).

- Maximum pair of acceleration and nominal pair (of 1000 to 2840 Nm).
