Divisor Of circular table: universal device orientable
The device divisor of circular table RT150 Ruppert of Golmatic, commercialised by Orpi, S.L., it is extremely low. The height of the table is of 65 mm especially for machines-tool with small height of the axis Z.
It is very handy and light, and at the same time very stable thanks to his support on prisms. It is very very adapted for works of ranurado or mortajado and offers the possibility to realise with the circular table works of milling in the sense of twist of the strawberry. The husillo is tiltable to out for direct divisions (primitive circle of 15°, 24 divisions). It does not present any error of measure when attaching thanks to a brake that acts centred. It is usable horizontal and vertically.
It realises the indirect division through plate drilled (milling of gears). The centred fast of the dish of lathe and of the counterpoint realises by means of MK2 with device centrador. It is equipable for the milling of helicoidal slots. Also it can instrument with CNC.
