The series Wis 40 - 75 is the perfect solution to satisfy said requests, thanks to the technology patented of injection of water, with the additional profit of an upper energetic efficiency and a wide range of available models. All this fulfilling the strict norms of class of purity (ISO 8573-1 class 0) which ensures that they can not exist trace of oil in the network of air.
The technology Wis substitutes the oil by water for the lubricación, sealed and refrigeration of the element of compressesion.
The advantages are that the air compressesed does not contaminate with oil, is not necessary any system of treatment of air (pre-filters or post-filters) deleting losses of load and unnecessary energetic consumptions and is not necessary any system of treatment of condensed.
The compressesion Wis is practically isothermal sensors thanks to the injection of water that allows an optimum refrigeration and like consequence a compressesion of high performance. Said efficiency sees increased with the incorporation of hydrostatic and hydrodynamic threads without grease. Said threads are covered by a film of water to pressesure that allows a soft slide without frictions.
The equipment Wis include a system of leak of ósmosis reverse that allows to inject directly drinkable water of network to the primary circuit. Exenta Of minerals and sediments, the water of ósmosis Reverse protects the circuit and avoids the reproduction of bacteria.
Likewise, and with the end to delete all risk of corrosion, all the components of the Wis have been especially designed employing material to such effect.
With the end to adapt the compressesor Wis to the needs of the customer, the wide range is available in powers from 11 until 55 kW, discharges that go from 109 until 550 m3/h, with pressesures of 7,5, 10 and 13 bar, in configuration of refrigeration by water or by air, with or without dryer frigorífico integrated cheese cheese, and like option is available the control of variable speed.
