Compressesors of screw: with regulation of frequency
The regulation of frequency provides significant savings of power for the majority of the usual applications. Seldom a compressesor works to 100% of his capacity and, thus, is used to to work during long periods of time in empty.
The regulator of frequency adjusts the discharge of the compressesor to the demand of air keeping the pressesure of constant work and deleting the operation in empty (30-40% of the consumption of total power). The adaptation of the discharge of the compressesor to the punctual need of air in each moment is the way of service more efficient and economic.
The effective quantity of supply goes from 0,25 until 25 m3/min like standard discharges. The range of pressesure is of 8 and 13 bar, 115 and 190 psig. The power of accionamiento is of 7,5 to 200 kW, 10-270 CV like standard powers.
The variator of frequency Row ensures a continuous automatic regulation of the discharge produced between 25% and 100% of his capacity, adjusting at all times to the demand of the installation of air compressesed and pressesure.
A modification of the pressesure of work contributes greater discharge without need of costly constructive changes. For example, a machine of 13 bar can transform in one of 8 bar, modifying also the performance and therefore contributing a greater discharge of exit without need to realise remodelaciones or changes of design. The soft start warns besides the fatigue of components, prolonging the useful life of the compressesor.
