Compact tamizadora for security screening: with high level of containment of dust
The tamizadora Compact Airlock Sieve removes precisely pollution by particles of large size, thus improving the quality of the product. GMP design of the tamizadora is based on surfaces polished, making sanitation and cleaning easier and improving performance.
This tamizadora can provide substantial improvements with regard to the containment of the product via a pneumatic closing TLI ('Twist, lock and inflate', turn, lock and inflator). This reduces the leakage of powder and thereby improving the health and safety of their workers. Thanks to this innovative system, the Airlock tamizadora got OEL exposure levels below 1µg/m3 in independent tests (SMEPAC).
This equipment is ideal for a screening of security of their raw materials on the primary side to the powder finished products in the secondary part of their production facilities.
The centrifugal action of blades fluid separator provides the ability to achieve a separation of high ability in fine nets of up to 20 microns.
This system can reach easily the capabilities of the vibrating sieves of 60 "diameter and is ideal for applications requiring high capacity filter when the investment of a centrifuge is not viable.
