The RAM High Torque has designed for his total integration inside the pistón between the engine and the axis. This allows to place the electronic sensors out of the box of gears, simplifying at the same time the tasks of maintenance.

This range of boxes of gears of 2 speeds includes 5 sizes. The pair transmitted in the configuration of low speed is almost the double of the pair obtained by the previous generation, that already provides generally the maximum available provision in the market. The range is formed by the following models: 190 (800 N.m), 220 (1.00 N.m), 250 (1.500 (N.m), 280 (2.500 N.m) And 350 (7.000 N.m).

The RAM High Torque does not contain electronic intern, improving like this the reliability and simplifying the maintenance. The carcasas external have been designed to compensate the placing of all the electronic sensors used for applications of axis. This means that the replacement of the detector no longer needs several hours to disassemble it.

The accionamiento of the change of speed is hydraulics, by what can use the circuits of pressesure generally available in all type of machines-tool.

The boxes of gears of 2 speeds find inside the pistón, on line between the engine refrigerated by water and the axis of accionamiento of the tool.

The design characterises by a main axis gap of big diameter that goes of 28 to 54 mm, able to house a hydraulics bar of stick as well as a slow flow of lubricante of cut of high pressesure to withdraw the metallic shavings directly in the tool.

The RAM High Torque also avoids all the redundancy of cojinetes in the line of the axis, deleting all the problems of alineamiento and/or sobrecalentamiento and increasing the reliability of the solution in his group.
