Cheese Maasdamer: made with pasteurized cow's milk
The Maasadamer cheese is made from pasteurized cow's milk. The Maasdam, as it is known in Spain, is a cheese of Dutch origin that was created at the beginning of this century as an alternative to the more expensive, Swiss Emmental. Your stuff grassa is 45% on dry extract.
The Maasdam is similar to Emmental, but it has a higher degree of humidity, and so it is more tender.
The flavor is sweet and buttery, with fruity undertones; It is ideal to serve as aperitif, with breakfast or au gratin.
