A large order for Berstorff during the K

Initially Berstorff will supply two complete lines for the production of espumados panels. They consist of two lines, a ZE 60/KE 150 and a 250 ZE75/KE with a production capacity of 1,000 kg/h. But the order also includes teams from secondary treatment, such as for online recycling and packaging machinery.
This new investment is part of the expansion strategy of Penoplex, a company that started producing panels of XPS in 1998 and since 2004 also manufactures profiles of XPS. With an annual production of 500,000 cubic metres and a market share exceeding 60 per cent, Penoplex has been erected in Russian market leader in the panels, a position reinforced by new investments. It's products used as insulation in the construction industry and as a coating of oil and gas pipes.
ZE/KE machines are the new design of Berstorff and unite the ability to mix of extruder of double spindle ZE and the cooling of the extruders KE single properties. They allow to use CO2 as a hinchante agent respectful with the environment.
