Sariki presents its innovative metrology applied in the BIEMH
May 17, 2010
Innovations Sariki presents at BIEMH 2010 include their latest contributions in visual inspection and tomography, measurement equipment and systems of inspection systems.
Industrial system of x-ray and CT
The new industrial system of x-ray and CT combines the technology of x-ray and CT for an in-depth analysis for a quick visual inspection. The system allows to get the internal image of any complex industrial piece, and later with Tomography to identify and quantify any absence of material (porosity, breakage or inclusions), as well as defects in Assembly and ínterconectividad, in a non-destructive process. Its main applications are analysis of rupture of components, inspection of complex components made of injected plastic, analysis and test of materials, paleontology (fossils, bones...), etc.
Mitutoyo MACH-V
Mitutoyo MACH-V is a CNC machine for measuring coordinates with carrying capacity and that it can be integrated into the production process directly.
The machine offers CNC and displacement speed extremely high with the utmost precision. It incorporates thermal error compensation both for machine of measurement as a piece for the direct application in manufacture guarantees great stability in production environment. Its main applications are the three-dimensional measurement of parts in production line as in automotive, etc.
Vici MTL250
Vici MTL250 is a solution of measurement for outer dimensional control of cylindrical elements. Allows a control of quality 100% in the production phase. It's a system of non-contact measurement, thanks to his vision system creates a high-resolution image of the entire piece that is being measured. Non-contact measurement prevents problems by vibrations and uncertainties by contact. In addition, you don't need configuration or settings for parts that are in the range of 0 to 500 mm in length. Its applications are the measurement of diameters, thickness of slots, accessories, crests, threads, eccentricity, concentricidad, search for irregular shapes, camshaft, slots tabs and displacement of draught
Probe Revo
Sariki also carried the BIEMH 2010 inspection system with five axes Renishaw Revo measurement head. The key to the success of the head of five axes Revo lies in its ability to overcome the limitations of the methods of inspection of three axes, where any attempt to quickly move the great mass of a MMC would produce errors of inertia caused by the accelerations and decelerations. Revo employs synchronized motion of the head and the machine during the inspection, to quickly detect changes in the geometry of the piece, without generating dynamic errors. The MMC can move at a constant speed during normal measurements without affecting accuracy.
Laser Radar
Laser Radar is a portable automatic system of measurement and digitization for large volumes. The team measured scans (not precise probes or reflectors) contactless, reached a volume of measurement of up to 60 meters and is entirely fact (allows schedule tasks of measurement and reporting).
Its main applications are the integration and automation in assembly lines and positioning of large aircraft components - complete aircraft and their components-inspection, measurement of large wind turbine components, outdoor and indoor - blades, hubs-measurement of inaccessible parts, measurement of delicate surfaces - inspection of the surface and alignment of solar panels-, measurement of structures of trains, etc.
Laser Tracker 3 API
Laser Tracker 3 API is a system of portable manual measurement for large volumes. Allows you to align, measure and scan up to 120 meters of range without any relocation. It offers maximum stability because the Interferometer, goniometer and ADM are located in the central axis. Technology of rapid change, that allows to recover the beam of light with a never before seen instant speed and ensuring the accuracy of the results. This system of measurement is applied in measurement of machining, measurement of wind turbine components, control of moulds for wind covers, adjustment of tools, models and devices of mooring, measuring plant outdoors, mapping of errors of machine tool and robots, measurement of contours and surfaces, reverse engineering, machines, train of gears, bearings and lines of transfer alignment, etc.
LC60D digital scanner
LC60D scanner is a scanner of 3rd generation which can integrate both fixed three-dimensional machines as portable arms. Reaches a speed of up to 75,000 points (not interpolated) scan per second and is equipped with the latest digital technology and a powerful processor of data. There is a sensor able to adapt to surfaces with large variations of colors or high reflectivity. ESP3 technology is capable of capturing any gradual or abrupt changes of any surface. It is applied to scanned sheets of metal, castings, composites, plastics, etc.
