The latest generation of Getecha granulators

The thermoforming for trays to boxes of chocolates like closures for tubs of muesli or cardboar for screws, both is the technology predestined for the mass production of packaging of thin wall in PET or polypropylene sheet.
The Mission of the highly automated feeding granulators of Getecha is to recycle waste material resulting (excess mesh, cuts in the stock, pieces of sheet) directly and continuously. 17 Machines of this German company's Aschaffenburg, divided into four series, offer a suitable solution for virtually any need.
RS 3000 / RS 3800 series are suitable for widths of power of 390 to 1,500 mm and maximum volumes of production of 1,300 kg/h. They are machines of rotors for three blades with a radius of 300 and 380 mm cutting, and are used for granular waste of sheet. The largest of the RS 4500 series models cover maximum volumes of up to 1,500 kg/h and widths of 580 to 1.480 food production. Their blades rotate diameter of 450 mm. The compact series RS 2400, which will launch soon, is aimed at widths of feeding of 210 to 900 and peaks in production of 300 kg/h.
The granulators of food Getecha are of modular construction that, regardless of the model chosen, can adapt to the environment of work through various feeding systems. Permanent harmonization
The key feature of this generation of feeding granulators is the automatic speed control, which uses a system of intelligent control with self-adjustment of floating roller - also known as the English term 'dancer', which translates as dancer - permanently adapting the speed of feeding of the die to the cycle of thermoforming line. This harmonisation has not only strained the mesh, but it eliminates the need to adapt the values of motto of the die to the production machine and make manual adjustments.
In addition to the system of intelligent control of floating roller, the granulators of food Getecha are notable for the effectiveness of their acoustic insulation; I drill offset of the holes in the screen (without interference due to long parts); cooling water for the accommodation of the die (prevents sticking foil); as well as the option of granular waste extra fine sheet of PET (less than 0.40 mm), using a special feed system.
