Metal Test hosts a Conference on Carl Zeiss DuraMaX

During the past days 25 and 26 November, a conference with the aim of presenting to customers the new three-dimensional machine of workshop of Carl zeiss imtDuraMax, as well as display the facilities of the Catalan company and the services of measurement carried out in its laboratories were held in Metal Test.

Participants, coming from diverse sectors such as automotive, construction, fitting and telematic services, among others, visited the laboratory of Metal Test and made a tour of the facilities of the company. Then were the practical demonstrations in the lab, starting with the new DuraMax, Zeiss, allowing closer control equipment to the same chain of production. It also has a great ease of operation thanks to the Calypso software and its module Gear Pro capable of verifying all types of gears. Its small size allows for the easy movement of the team, taking up a minimum space on floor.

In addition to the demonstrations, attendees were able to observe the different kits of mooring of parts of the Junker & Partner Company, which belongs to the Carl Zeiss group. It's completely flexible systems that allow for their adaptation to the different pieces, regardless of the form that they have. Metal Test has a totally conditioned laboratory with temperature and humidity control. In addition, they have teams of high quality and precision, as the Contura G2 or the DuraMax of Carl Zeiss, with various technologies and points through process captures: touch, large continuous, interferometry laser and white light optical vision.

Attendees, from sectors as diverse as automotive, construction, fitting and telematic services, among others, visited the Metal Test Laboratory.
