Easy recycling and light weight for the production of profiles

The first line of this type was used for the production of high-quality window profiles for the new VW Golf VI that has already been mounted on the customer's premises. Profiles are composed of an element of subjection of polypropylene profile, with laminated together in TPE-V after downloading from the extrusion head. Main benefits offered by profiles of two components are easy recycling, light weight, and the reduction of production costs.
The system supplied by KraussMaffei Berstorff consists of two or three extrusion machines of different sizes with extruder head as well as the rest of equipment relevant to including the calibration of the section of cooling, boot caterpillar and cutting machine to cut profiles stacking unit.
Flexible production
The line of co-extrusión shows the typical arrangement of an extruder 'type V'. The primary extruder - in many cases designed as a 90 TE with a length of 30 (d) processing section - is used for processing of material the extrusion machines PP. TE 75 and 45 mono spindle individual additional, with length from 28 to 30 D each processing section, delivered the TPE-V extruded with a 45 degree angle to the material pp. While the primary extruder is firmly bolted to the line, the other two extrusion machines you can move freely. Thanks to this provision, the line can be adjusted flexibly to individual production processes. Depending on the processing material line will reach a speed of production of 15 to 20 m/min.
