More than 1,000 customers visit the facilities of Krauss Maffei in Munich

More than 1,000 customers of the company, 40% of them outside of Germany, met at the headquarters in Munich to see demonstrations of the machines, attend presentations and get first hand information on the latest innovations from the German manufacturer. The company stressed in the day, especially when the Economic Outlook is gloomy, "Krauss Maffei is the partner of choice when it comes to define the appropriate technologies to ensure the benefits of productivity and cost savings".
Opportunities for cost savings

Efficiency of cost as value added
While the injection Division showed a range of energy saving in fully electric of the AX series and former machines, extrusion Division presented a line of direct extrusion for production of PP pipe of three layers with foam layer highly (very full) aditivadademonstrating once again that integration of compounding and extrusion in a single process can reduce costs in the raw.
