The vaporizer for stamping to two-phase model mini G-2F is designed for fixing reactive stampings and indanthren without urea.
The use of urea for fixing reactive dyes is always more limited, especially in countries where laws have been imposed a drastic reduction in the products that pollute the environment.
In order to obtain a technological outcome's most significant pricing and greater productivity with lower costs, Arioli, has built a version of the model G Minivapor vaporizer coupled with a foulard.
The system allows to vaporize reactive stampings on cotton and viscose on short skirts using known technology to two phases.
Both tissue and point can be treated.
With the passage about short skirts can increase permanence up to 120 seconds always with a production of 30-50 meters a minute.
The relatively long residence time allows to reduce the concentration of silicate or alcalí with the foulard.
