Minivapo
Vaporizador For tooling: it builds in two versions
The Minivapo manufactures in two versions with contents of 65 and 80 metres with a height of the variable table from 1.800 to 2.800 mm.
The Minivapo is instrumented with a special device for the learning of the skirts that excludes any direct contact with the patterned face of the fabric.
With this system the most delicate toolings in corrosion and with superposiciones of colours can treat without running risks of rub and marks.
A particular system of injection steam with fans of recirculation ensures a humidity ascertain in the environingingment when it works with saturated steam.
It has foreseen on the Minivapo the installation of a recalentador of steam with a burner to gasoleo or to gas for the work in H.T Until 180 °C.
Like alternative can install a battery heated to thermal sensors oil that allows to work with steam recalentado or using the machine like polimerizador.
Of this form can use the Minivapo to fix toolings with pigments or resins that polimerizan in hot air until a temperature of 200 °C.
The entrance and exit of the fabric by the same side allows to work with an alone operator that can control of this form one or more machines.
It has provisto the installation of automatic valves for dosificar the quantitative steam in function of the weight and of the thermal sensors need of the fabrics.
Can install also an electronic control of process that controls the speed of work, the length of the skirts and the permanence of the fabrics in the camera.
The Minivapo can be connected to a P.L.C for compete it automation of the processes of work.
It consists of diverse accessories: ensanchador for fabrics of point, automatic control of the temperature and measured of discharge of the steam, programmer of the process and prehumidificador.
