Comac, company commercialised by Imvolca, develops a machine of big volume with double husillo corrotante, especially designed for the recycled of poliolefinas. It stands out by his greater section of work and presents a measure between equal axis to the models ancestors. Of this form attains a greater capacity production. This team has a double husillo of 120 mm, practically the double of capacity of transformation that with a monohusillo of 180 mm; it attains the double of production in an equivalent space; and it supposes a decrease of the hand of work (same operarios, but manufacturing the double) and of the quantity of watts/kg used, because of the high level of friction and pinzamiento of the material inside the machine. It is much more effective that in a monohusillo, with a consumption between 200 and 250 W/kg for a PEHD.
