The systems of vision iRVisión are entirely integrated cheese cheese in the controller R-30iA.
They provide processed of image in the CPU of the robot; method GPM with scales of grey (location of geometrical patterns) for detection of pieces; 255 levels of grey / resolution of 512x480 or 640x480 píxels; capacity of management of camera of high resolution / 1.280x960 píxels; support for camera of colour / resolution 512x480 or 640x480 píxels; storage of data in the CPU of the robot (until 150 pieces / can be increased until 3.000); a maximum of 32 progressive cameras standard can be connected and the information of position can be shared with other robots via communications.
They are a product 100% Fanuc, with possibilities 2D, 3D and 2D with follow-up of piece.
There is available the iRVisión 2D and the iRVisión 3DL.
