Spectrophotometers: they bring the sensitivity of fluorometry to quantification in micro-muestras
-The Nanodrop 3300 provides the sensitivity of fluorometry quantification in micro-muestras.
-Do not use filters. Its three light-emitting diodes (365 nm UV-LED, 470 nm Blue-LED and 460-650 nm-White-LED) make it possible for you to excite the fluorophores most. Do not use Monochromators. The spectrometer of 2048 sensors CCD Array Detector is oriented at 90° to the LEDs, and simultaneously recorded fluorescence emission in the range 400-750 nm.
-The softwate allows analysis, archiving and management of data of calibration curves and results of samples: GFP wt, Hoecsht 33258, Qdots Dyes, Alexa FluorDyes, RiboGreen, PicoGreen CyDye, Sybr Dyes, Quant-iT, - duration of the analysis 10 - 15 s. - minimum volume of sample 1 - 2 l. - spectral range 400 - 750 nm.
-Limit of detection of 1 pg / l dsDNA + PicoGreen.
